Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rice powder
  • 2 cups Semolina/Rawa
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka podi
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Dates chopped
  • Dry grapes Few
  • 3 tsp Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Coconut grated

Instructions
 

  • For preparing rava undda, first fry grapes and dates in some ghee.
  • Roast rava, till color changes. Add rice powder to it and roast again.
  • Add ghee, coconut, sugar and cardamom powder. Add fried dates and grapes.
  • Knead them well. Make balls out of it .
  • Rava undda is ready.
