Instructions
For preparing tasty baigan bartha, saute cumin seeds in oil.
Add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and add tomato paste.
Add coriander leaves and sprinkle water. Add chilly powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt.
Cut the top portion of brinjal and draw the sides.
Fill the masala in the brinjal and fry it in oil. Close the lid and cook for 4 minutes.
Baigan bartha is ready.
