Tasty Baigan Bartha

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Onion paste
  • 5 nos Brinjal
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 3 nos Tomato ground
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 3 tsp Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • For preparing tasty baigan bartha, saute cumin seeds in oil.
  • Add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and add tomato paste.
  • Add coriander leaves and sprinkle water. Add chilly powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt.
  • Cut the top portion of brinjal and draw the sides.
  • Fill the masala in the brinjal and fry it in oil. Close the lid and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Baigan bartha is ready.
