Instructions
For preparing sesame rice, fry the sesame seeds, pepper corns, split bengal gram and asafoetida powder in a little ghee and grind to a fine powder.
Heat 1-2 tbsp ghee in a pan, add in curry leaves, rice, powdered mixture and salt along with lemon juice. Mix well.
Sesame rice is ready. Garnish with cashew nuts and serve hot.
