250 g Rice (boiled with grains separated)2 tbsp Sesame seeds (Ellu)4-5 nos Red chilies (broken into bits)1 tbsp Lemon juiceCurry leaves (Few)6-8 nos Pepper corns1 tsp Split bengal gram (Uzhunnu parippu)Asafoetida powder (A pinch, Kayam)Salt (As reqd)Ghee (As reqd)1 1/2 tbsp Cashew nuts (fried) For preparing sesame rice, fry the sesame seeds, pepper corns, split bengal gram and asafoetida powder in a little ghee and grind to a fine powder.Heat 1-2 tbsp ghee in a pan, add in curry leaves, rice, powdered mixture and salt along with lemon juice.
