Paneer - Chicken Stew

A different combination of chicken and paneer in stew

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken
  • 10 pieces Paneer cubes
  • 2 tbsp Pepper powder cubes
  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 nos Onion sliced
  • 5 nos Green chillies slit
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 cup Carrot chopped
  • 1/2 litre Milk
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing paneer chicken stew, marinate chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Keep aside for 45 minutes.
  • Coat chicken with flour and deep fry it in oil.
  • Saute onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies in ghee.
  • Add carrot and 1 tbsp flour and mix well.
  • Add milk, salt and bring to boil.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces and paneer cubes.
  • When done, remove from flame and serve hot. Garnish with coriander leaves.
