Paneer - Chicken Stew
A different combination of chicken and paneer in stew

- 500 g Chicken
- 10 pieces Paneer cubes
- 2 tbsp Pepper powder cubes
- 2 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 2 nos Onion sliced
- 5 nos Green chillies slit
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 1 cup Carrot chopped
- 1/2 litre Milk
- Coriander leaves Few
- Salt As reqd
For preparing paneer chicken stew, marinate chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Keep aside for 45 minutes.
Coat chicken with flour and deep fry it in oil.
Saute onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies in ghee.
Add carrot and 1 tbsp flour and mix well.
Add milk, salt and bring to boil.
Add the fried chicken pieces and paneer cubes.
When done, remove from flame and serve hot. Garnish with coriander leaves.
