500 g Chicken10 pieces Paneer cubes2 tbsp Pepper powder (cubes)2 tbsp All purpose flour (Maida)2 tbsp Ghee2 nos Onion (sliced)5 nos Green chillies (slit)1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)1 cup Carrot (chopped)1/2 litre MilkCoriander leaves (Few)Salt (As reqd) For preparing paneer chicken stew, marinate chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Keep aside for 45 minutes.Coat chicken with flour and deep fry it in oil.Saute onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies in ghee.Add carrot and 1 tbsp flour and mix well.Add milk, salt and bring to boil.Add the fried chicken pieces and paneer cubes. When done, remove from flame and serve hot. Garnish with coriander leaves. North Indian
