  • For preparing paneer chicken stew, marinate chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Keep aside for 45 minutes.
  • Coat chicken with flour and deep fry it in oil.
  • Add carrot and 1 tbsp flour and mix well.
  • Add milk, salt and bring to boil.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces and paneer cubes.
  • When done, remove from flame and serve hot. Garnish with coriander leaves.
