Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Palak chopped
  • 1/4 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 no Red onion chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds Uluva
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 no Dry chillies
  • Water As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing palak buttermilk curry, cook the ingredients: palak, pepper, turmeric, chilly powder, adding required water and salt.
  • Grind coconut, onion, green chillies and cumin seeds.
  • Mix it with palak. Add buttermilk and boil the curry.
  • Splutter mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and dry red chillies in oil.
  • Pour it over the gravy and serve hot.
  • Palak buttermilk curry is ready.
