Instructions
For preparing palak buttermilk curry, cook the ingredients: palak, pepper, turmeric, chilly powder, adding required water and salt.
Grind coconut, onion, green chillies and cumin seeds.
Mix it with palak. Add buttermilk and boil the curry.
Splutter mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and dry red chillies in oil.
Pour it over the gravy and serve hot.
Palak buttermilk curry is ready.
