Delicious Brain Cutlets

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Goat`s brain cleaned
  • 1 cup Onions finely cubed
  • 5 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coconut grated
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup Water
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing delicious brain cutlets, cook the brain in chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and water. Mash it.
  • Mix in onions, green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, coconut, egg and salt with your hands.
  • Add in rice flour and maida. Mix it well.
  • Make small balls out of it using wet hands and roll it out.
  • Fry it in oil.
  • Delicious brain cutlets are ready. Serve hot.
