Ingredients
  

  • 30 ml Brandy
  • 2 nos Egg yolks
  • 50 ml Water
  • 200 g Sugar

Instructions
 

  • For preparing brandy custard sauce, melt sugar and water. Prepare sugar syrup.
  • Beat egg yolks well and add to the syrup.
  • Add brandy to it and mix well to make a sauce.
  • Apply butter and pour the mixture. Bake it or steam it.
  • Unmould and serve chilled.
