Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg King fish sliced, Neymeen
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup Red onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup Tomato chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Green pepper mashed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 nos Green chilies slit
  • 1 tsp Chilly sauce
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp Agino moto
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 springs Curry leaves
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing green pepper fish, marinate the fish pieces in turmeric powder, pepper powder, garlic paste and salt. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • Fry it in oil. Keep it aside.
  • In another vessel, heat 2 tbsp of oil and sautT the red onions.
  • Add in tomato and green chillies. SautT it again.
  • Then add in green pepper, chilly sauce and agino moto.
  • Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and pour it to the above mixture.
  • Toss in the fried fish, salt and curry leaves. Mix well.
  • Green pepper fish is ready. Serve hot.
