Ingredients
  

  • 350 g Cream cheese well drained
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 3 nos Eggs separated
  • 60 g Corn flour
  • 1 no Vanilla pod
  • 200 g Double cream
  • 1 tsp Orange juice
  • 1/2 an Orange peel grated

Instructions
 

  • For preparing cheese cake, preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius.
  • Grease the tin with butter and line it with grease proof paper.
  • Pour the cream cheese into the processor and blend it for 20 seconds.
  • Add in the sugar and egg yolks. Blend it again.
  • Then add in the corn flour, inside of the vanilla pod, orange peel, fresh cream and orange juice. Blend again to get a smooth paste.
  • Beat the egg whites till stiff. Fold it with the cream cheese mixture gently.
  • Pour the mixture into the tin and bake it for 1 hour.
  • Leave it to cool for a while before turning it out.
  • Cheese cake is ready. Serve with fruit slices.
