Ingredients
  

  • 250 g All purpose flour Maida
  • 6 g Dry baker’s yeast
  • 160 ml Warm water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • For preparing white bread, knead the maida, yeast and salt in a processor.
  • Pour in water little by little while kneading it.
  • Knead until the dough is soft and supple.
  • Leave the dough to stand for 15 minutes on a work area surface dusted with maida.
  • Flatten the dough with your hands and shape it as you wish into a loaf.
  • Place a baking sheet dusted with maida. Cover with a clean cloth and leave it to rise for 50 minutes in a warm place.
  • The dough should rise to twice its original size.
  • Pre heat the oven to 240 degrees celsius.
  • Make slits on the dough with a blade or knife and bake it for 30 minutes.
  • White bread is ready.
