For preparing tasty crab masala, first grind one big onion, one big tomato, 1/2 tbsp perumjeerakam, 1 tbsp red chilly powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder in a mixie and keep aside.
In a frying pan, add 2-3 spoons of oil and heat.
Add 2 cloves and 2″ cinnamon pieces.
Add 1 tsp of ginger paste and 1 tsp of garlic paste. Fry well.
Add one sliced onion and saute. Add one tomato sliced to this and sautT well.
Add the ground masala and fry till raw smell disappears.
Add cooked crab and a few spoons of water and cook till the masala is thick.
Kerala Style Tasty crab masala is ready. Serve hot with chappathis, rotis or rice.
