Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Crab cut into big pieces and boiled with salt, turmeric powder and a little water
  • 1 no Onion sliced, big
  • 1 no Tomato sliced, big
  • 1/2 tbsp Fennel seeds Perumjeerakam
  • 1 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 2 inch Cinnamon Karugapatta
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As req

Instructions
 

  • For preparing tasty crab masala, first grind one big onion, one big tomato, 1/2 tbsp perumjeerakam, 1 tbsp red chilly powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder in a mixie and keep aside.
  • In a frying pan, add 2-3 spoons of oil and heat.
  • Add 2 cloves and 2″ cinnamon pieces.
  • Add 1 tsp of ginger paste and 1 tsp of garlic paste. Fry well.
  • Add one sliced onion and saute. Add one tomato sliced to this and sautT well.
  • Add the ground masala and fry till raw smell disappears.
  • Add cooked crab and a few spoons of water and cook till the masala is thick.
  • Kerala Style Tasty crab masala is ready. Serve hot with chappathis, rotis or rice.
