For preparing strawberry terrine, soak the jelly in cold water.
Boil water and sugar in a saucepan. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
Add in the red currants and leave it to simmer for 1 minute. Remove it from the flame and blend it.
Beat in the drained jelly with a hand whisk and allow it to cool.
Whip the cream until light and fluffy.
Mix in the whipped cream with the redcurrant puree.
Grease the terrain with butter and pour a little red currant puree.
Leave it to set for 5 minutes in the freezer.
Cover it with a layer of strawberries and finish with a layer of cream on top.
Tap the sides of the terrain lightly, so that all the ingredients are evenly spread.
Cover with a lid and chill it for 6-8 hours.
Strawberry terrain is ready. Cut and serve the terrain with strawberry puree.
