Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Mushroom sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 2 nos Cardamom Elakka
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder crushed
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder Jeeraka podi
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 nos Green chillies slit
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 4 nos Tomato sliced
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Coriander leaves Few

Instructions
 

  • For preparing kashmiri mushroom curry, saute cumin seeds and cardamom in oil.
  • Add turmeric powder and pepper.
  • Add onion, cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
  • Add green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato, salt and boil well.
  • Add mushroom pieces, mix well and cook covered.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
