Instructions
For preparing kashmiri mushroom curry, saute cumin seeds and cardamom in oil.
Add turmeric powder and pepper.
Add onion, cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
Add green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
Add tomato, salt and boil well.
Add mushroom pieces, mix well and cook covered.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
