Instructions
For preparing the tasty and nutritious snack, first soak the dals in water for at least 2 hrs.
Grind these together to make a thick paste. Do not add water while grinding.
Add onions, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, chilly powder, salt and mix well.
Wet your hands and make balls of the mix and make patties.
Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown in colour. Serve hot. The crispy and crunchy vadas are ready.
