Kashmiri Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1/4 kg Mushroom
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 300 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coriander leaves Few

Instructions
 

  • For preparing kashmiri mushroom soup, saute onion in oil.
  • Add garlic paste, ginger paste, mushroom, turmeric, chilly powder and garam masala.
  • Add tomato and water. Boil well.
  • Remove from flame and allow to cool.
  • Grind it well.
  • Heat the mixture again. Add sugar, lime juice and salt.
  • Add cornflour and little water.
  • When done, add butter on top.
  • Add coriander leaves and decorate.
