Prawn Cauliflower Kuruma

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Prawns
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 2 nos Dry red chillies
  • 1 no Cauliflower chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • 2 inch Ginger finely chopped
  • 6 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing prawn cauliflower kuruma, saute mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves in oil.
  • Add ginger, garlic and green chillies. Add onion and fry for a while.
  • Add tomato and saute well.
  • when it becomes soft, add cauliflower and mix. Add garam masala, coriander powder and salt.
  • When cauliflower becomes soft, add prawns and fry for a minute.
  • Add coconut milk and cook.
  • When done, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
