For preparing prawn cauliflower kuruma, saute mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves in oil.
Add ginger, garlic and green chillies. Add onion and fry for a while.
Add tomato and saute well.
when it becomes soft, add cauliflower and mix. Add garam masala, coriander powder and salt.
When cauliflower becomes soft, add prawns and fry for a minute.
Add coconut milk and cook.
When done, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
