Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Jackfruit seeds Chakkakuru
  • Coconut pieces Few
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 5 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 3/4 tsp Garam masala
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 2 nos Red onion chopped
  • Coconut milk As reqd
  • Tomato chopped
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing kerala chakkakuru fry, slice chakkakuru into small slices.
  • Cook chakkakuru with coconut pieces, salt, turmeric, pepper, garlic and required water.
  • Saute mustard, curry leaves and onion in oil.
  • Add tomato and coconut milk.
  • Then add the cooked chakkakuru. Fry well.
