Orange Cake With Orange Sauce

- 500 g Butter
- 500 g Icing sugar
- 11 nos Egg
- 1 no Orange sliced
- 1 cup Orange juice squeezed
- 450 g Flour
- 5 g Baking powder
For preparing orange sauce:
- 400 ml Orange juice
- 85 g Sugar
- 40 g Liquid glucose
For preparing orange cake with orange sauce, mix butter and icing sugar.
Add eggs to it and blend.
When it is blended like a cream, add orange squeezed.
Add sliced orange and orange juice. Mix well.
Add baking powder & flour.
Bake it in oven.
For preparing orange sauce, boil orange juice, sugar and glucose. Pour it over baked cake and garnish with orange slices.
