Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Ayala big
  • 2 nos Gambooge kudampuli
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Salt As reqd

For frying:

  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 nos Dry red chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Urad daal Uzhunnu parippu
  • Curry leaves Few

Instructions
 

  • For preparing ayala thoran, cook fish with turmeric powder, chilly powder, gambooge, little salt and required water.
  • Crush the ingredients for grinding.
  • Saute mustard, chillies and urad daal in oil.
  • Add red onion and curry leaves.
  • Add turmeric and chilly powder. Add the crushed coconut mixture and saute well.
  • Add the minced fish and fry well.
  • Ayala thoran is ready.
