Instructions
For preparing chocolate ice-cream, boil the milk and remove it from the flame.
Whisk egg yolks and sugar well.
Pour in the hot milk and whisk again.
Heat the mixture, stirring it continuously till it thickens.
Once it coats the back of the spoon, it is cooked. Allow it to cool.
Add in the cream and cocoa. Whip the mixture.
Pour it into an ice-cream churner and freeze it.
Chocolate ice-cream is ready. Serve chilled.
