Chocolate Ice-Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 litre Milk
  • 5 nos Egg yolks
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 100 g Cream

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chocolate ice-cream, boil the milk and remove it from the flame.
  • Whisk egg yolks and sugar well.
  • Pour in the hot milk and whisk again.
  • Heat the mixture, stirring it continuously till it thickens.
  • Once it coats the back of the spoon, it is cooked. Allow it to cool.
  • Add in the cream and cocoa. Whip the mixture.
  • Pour it into an ice-cream churner and freeze it.
  • Chocolate ice-cream is ready. Serve chilled.
