Instructions
For preparing chicory ice-cream, heat up milk with chicory and boil it. Remove it from the flame.
Whisk egg yolks and sugar well.
Pour in the chicory milk and whisk again.
Heat the mixture, stirring it continuously till it thickens and allow it to cool.
Add in the cream and whip the mixture.
Pour it into an ice-cream churner and freeze it.
Chicory ice-cream is ready. Serve chilled.
