Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Chicory
  • 1/2 litre Milk
  • 5 nos Egg yolks
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 100 g Cream

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chicory ice-cream, heat up milk with chicory and boil it. Remove it from the flame.
  • Whisk egg yolks and sugar well.
  • Pour in the chicory milk and whisk again.
  • Heat the mixture, stirring it continuously till it thickens and allow it to cool.
  • Add in the cream and whip the mixture.
  • Pour it into an ice-cream churner and freeze it.
  • Chicory ice-cream is ready. Serve chilled.
