Easy Beetroot Wine

Ingredients
  

  • 3 kg Beetroot grated
  • 6 litre Water
  • 3 kg Sugar
  • 4 lemon Lemon juice
  • 5 nos Cinnamon Karugapatta
  • 6 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 2 tsp Yeast

Instructions
 

  • For preparing easy beetroot wine, mix yeast and 2 tsp sugar in luke warm water.
  • Boil water and let it cool.
  • In a jar, mix the yeast, sugar, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, water and beetroot.
  • Cover it tight.
  • Stir after 1 day.
  • Filter it after 2 weeks.
  • Serve it after 12 days.
