Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Prawn
  • 2 cups Cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup Long beans/payar chopped
  • 1 no Carrot chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped, small
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 2 tsp Chilly sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek leaves optional, Uluva ela
  • 3 springs Coriander leaves chopped)(optional
  • Water As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing macaroni prawn masala, marinate the prawns in ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt. Keep it aside.
  • Cook the beans with required water and salt(don¦t overcook it). Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns and set it aside.
  • In the same pan add onion and carrot. SautT well on medium flame.
  • After 7 minutes, add in chilly sauce and garam masla. Mix well.
  • Then add cooked beans and fried prawns. Stir it.
  • After that add the cooked macaroni and toss it. Close the lid for few minutes.
  • Then open the lid and add fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Macaroni prawn masala is ready. Serve hot.
  • Note: 1)You can adjust the spices according to your taste.
