Instructions
For preparing binjal in yogurt, cook the brinjal with required amount of water and salt. Drain the water well.
Mix the brinjal with yogurt .
Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Then add red chillies and curry leaves.
Pour it into the yogurt mixed with brinjal and mix well.
Brinjal/vazhuthananga in yogurt is ready. Serve with plain rice.
