- Brinjal(chopped) - 5 nos
- Red chillies(broken into two) - 3 nos
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tsp
- Yogurt - 3/4 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Mix the brinjal with yogurt .
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Then add red chillies and curry leaves.
- Pour it into the yogurt mixed with brinjal and mix well.
- Brinjal/vazhuthananga in yogurt is ready. Serve with plain rice.
