Instructions
For preparing egg chutney kebabs, cut the boiled eggs in half.
Grind coconut, green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt and curry leaves to a paste.
Put this paste over the egg slices coating it well.
Dip the coated eggs in egg white and then in bread crumbs. Grill it.
Egg chutney kebabs is ready. Serve hot.
