Egg Chutney Kebabs

Ingredients
  

  • 5 nos Eggs boiled
  • 1/2 of Coconut grated
  • 4 nos Green chillies
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 springs Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 Springs Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 nos Egg white
  • Bread crumbs As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing egg chutney kebabs, cut the boiled eggs in half.
  • Grind coconut, green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt and curry leaves to a paste.
  • Put this paste over the egg slices coating it well.
  • Dip the coated eggs in egg white and then in bread crumbs. Grill it.
  • Egg chutney kebabs is ready. Serve hot.
