Tasty Veg Pulav

Non spicy vegetable pulav

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Basmathi rice/biriyani rice
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 2 tsp Garam masala crushed
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilly sauce
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing tasty veg pulav, first soak rice in water and drain it.
  • Cook rice with garam masla, salt and required water.
  • Heat a pan, add little oil and fry onion, ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, green chillies and vegetables.
  • Add soya sauce, chilly sauce and pepper. Add little salt.
  • Pour little water and cook veggies.
  • When done, and water evaporates, add the rice and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
