For preparing tasty veg pulav, first soak rice in water and drain it.
Cook rice with garam masla, salt and required water.
Heat a pan, add little oil and fry onion, ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, green chillies and vegetables.
Add soya sauce, chilly sauce and pepper. Add little salt.
Pour little water and cook veggies.
When done, and water evaporates, add the rice and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
