Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Tamarind juice
  • 3 nos Jaggery crushed, Sharkara
  • 2 nos Dry red chillies chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 3 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds Uluva
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing nadan inji puli, heat tawa and splutter mustard, fenugreek and curry leaves.
  • Add ginger and green chillies.
  • Add chilly powder, salt and jaggery.
  • Add tamarind water and boil. Add water if required.
  • Lightly thicken and serve. Nadan inji puli is ready.
