- 1 cup Chicken boneless sliced
- 1 no Onion cubes
- 1/2 cup Carrot cubes
- 1/2 cup Beans slices
- 1 no Capsicum cubes
- 2 tsp Green chilly paste
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Chilly sauce
- Salt As reqd
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
For preparing chicken and vegetables stir fry, first coat chicken with salt and corn flour. Keep aside.
Heat oil fry carrots and beans. When half done add the chicken and fry well.
Add soya sauce and pepper.
When its almost done, add ginger-garlic paste, chilly paste, chilly sauce and little salt.
Add onion and capsicum and keep frying. When its starts to change color, remove from flame and serve hot.
