  • 1 cup Chicken boneless sliced
  • 1 no Onion cubes
  • 1/2 cup Carrot cubes
  • 1/2 cup Beans slices
  • 1 no Capsicum cubes
  • 2 tsp Green chilly paste
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Chilly sauce
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour


  • For preparing chicken and vegetables stir fry, first coat chicken with salt and corn flour. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil fry carrots and beans. When half done add the chicken and fry well.
  • Add soya sauce and pepper.
  • When its almost done, add ginger-garlic paste, chilly paste, chilly sauce and little salt.
  • Add onion and capsicum and keep frying. When its starts to change color, remove from flame and serve hot.
