Low-Fat Batter
A batter with maida, lager and other ingredients

- 100 g All purpose flour Maida
- 10 g Baker’s yeast
- 3 tbsp Warm water
- 150 ml Lager type of beer made from malted barley
For preparing low-fat batter, mix yeast in warm water.
Blend flour and yeast in a processor.
Pour in the lager and mix it well.
Leave the batter to stand in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Low-fat batter is ready.
