Ingredients
  

  • 100 g All purpose flour Maida
  • 10 g Baker’s yeast
  • 3 tbsp Warm water
  • 150 ml Lager type of beer made from malted barley

Instructions
 

  • For preparing low-fat batter, mix yeast in warm water.
  • Blend flour and yeast in a processor.
  • Pour in the lager and mix it well.
  • Leave the batter to stand in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  • Low-fat batter is ready.
