Instructions
For preparing banana cake, slice the bananas finely & fry it in ghee.
Beat egg, sugar, cardamom powder well.
Add this to the banana.
Cook it in steamer.
Fry cashews and raisins in ghee and garnish banana cake with it.
Serve hot.
