Pan-Cake Mixture
Maida, eggs, milk, butter and salt are mixed

- 200 g All purpose flour Maida
- 2 nos Eggs
- 1/2 litre Milk
- 50 g Butter melted
- Salt As reqd
For preparing pan-cake mixture, blend the milk.
Add in eggs, maida, salt and butter. Blend it again.
Leave the mixture aside for 30 minutes before using.
Pan-cake mixture is ready.
Note:
1)You can add sugar or flavour the pancakes with vanilla essence, chocolate sauce etc according to your taste.
