Instructions
For preparing inji thogayal, grind the grated coconut with red chillies.
Grind tamarind, shallots, green chillies, cumin seeds and ginger.
Mix both grounded paste together. Add salt and mix well. This should be in a semi solid form.
Inji thogayal is ready. This can be served as side dish.
