Inji Thogayal(Ginger Chutney)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 2 nos Red chillies
  • 2 nos Shallots Kunjulli
  • 1no Green chillies chopped
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 pinch Tamarind
  • 1 pinch Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing inji thogayal, grind the grated coconut with red chillies.
  • Grind tamarind, shallots, green chillies, cumin seeds and ginger.
  • Mix both grounded paste together. Add salt and mix well. This should be in a semi solid form.
  • Inji thogayal is ready. This can be served as side dish.
