- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Red chillies - 2 nos
- Shallots(Kunjulli) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(chopped) - 1no
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Tamarind - 1 pinch
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 pinch
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing inji thogayal, grind the grated coconut with red chillies.
- Grind tamarind, shallots, green chillies, cumin seeds and ginger.
- Mix both grounded paste together. Add salt and mix well. This should be in a semi solid form.
- Inji thogayal is ready. This can be served as side dish.
