Coated Beef Chilly

A nice and spicy beef recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Beef thin & sliced
  • 1 no Onion rings
  • 4 nos Green chillies slit
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Red color A pinch
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp Thai red chilly sauce
  • Corn flour As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing coated beef chilly, first half cook the beef slices and mix with corn flour, salt and pepper.
  • Deep fry it in oil and keep aside.
  • In a pan add the ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves.
  • Add chilly powder, hot sauce, chilly sauce, little salt and pepper.
  • Add the color mixed in water. Immediately add the beef slices and onion rings.
  • Coat well the beef slices.
  • Coated beef chilly is ready. Serve hot.
