Yoghurt Apple Compote
Apples are cooked and blended to a smooth paste with yoghurt

- 4 tbsp Yoghurt
- 800 g Apples
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Cinnamon powder A pinch, Karugapatta
- Raspberries As reqd
- Almonds roasted, flaked
For preparing yoghurt apple compote, peel and slice the apples.
Put the apples in the saucepan with honey and lemon juice. Heat it.
Cover and cook the apples on low flame until soft.
Allow it to cool and blend it with cinnamon powder. Keep this apple compote aside.
Put a little yoghurt in small bowls.
Top it with apple compote and decorate it with raspberries.
Sprinkle roasted almond flakes.
Yoghurt apple compote is ready.
