  • 4 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 800 g Apples
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Cinnamon powder A pinch, Karugapatta
  • Raspberries As reqd
  • Almonds roasted, flaked


  • For preparing yoghurt apple compote, peel and slice the apples.
  • Put the apples in the saucepan with honey and lemon juice. Heat it.
  • Cover and cook the apples on low flame until soft.
  • Allow it to cool and blend it with cinnamon powder. Keep this apple compote aside.
  • Put a little yoghurt in small bowls.
  • Top it with apple compote and decorate it with raspberries.
  • Sprinkle roasted almond flakes.
  • Yoghurt apple compote is ready.
