Stewed Apple Compote
Apples are cooked and blended to a smooth paste with other ingredients

- 800 g Apples
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Cinnamon powder A pinch, Karugapatta
For preparing stewed apple compote, peel and slice the apples.
Put the apples in the saucepan with honey and lemon juice. Heat it.
Cover and cook the apples on low flame until soft.
Allow it to cool and blend it with cinnamon powder.
Stewed apple compote is ready.
