  • 800 g Apples
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Cinnamon powder A pinch, Karugapatta


  • For preparing stewed apple compote, peel and slice the apples.
  • Put the apples in the saucepan with honey and lemon juice. Heat it.
  • Cover and cook the apples on low flame until soft.
  • Allow it to cool and blend it with cinnamon powder.
  • Stewed apple compote is ready.
