For preparing special chicken curry, fry chicken pieces in oil until golden brown.
Heat the stock in a vessel.
In another vessel heat oil, add in the fried chicken, onion and garlic. Fry well.
Add in pepper powder, cayenne pepper and madras curry powder. Mix well.
Then add in the stock, tomatoes, salt, thyme and yoghurt. Stir, cover and cook it for 20 minutes on medium flame.
Peel, quarter and slice the apple.
Add the apple to the chicken and cook it for another 30 minutes on low flame.
Special chicken curry is ready. Serve hot with rice and chutney.
