Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Pachari cooked
  • 1 cup Groundnut roasted & powdered
  • 9 nos Dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • Oil As reqd
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Chana dal Kadala parippu
  • 1/2 tsp Urad dal Uzhunnu parippu
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing groundnut saadam, first roast dry red chillies and sesame in oil and powder it.
  • Heat oil, fry mustard, chana dal, urad dal and curry leaves.
  • Add groundnut, turmeric and salt.
  • Add rice and mix well. Groundnut saadam is ready.
