Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 nos Potato cooked and mashed
  • 1 tbsp Chana dal
  • 2 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 no Egg
  • 3 tbsp Bread crumbs
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing coriander leaves cutlet, cook chana dal in some water and grind it.
  • Mix potato, coriander leaves, chana dal and green chillies. Add little salt.
  • Make cutlets out of it.
  • Dip it in egg and in bread crumbs.
  • Fry it in oil. Serve with tomato ketchup.
