Ingredients
  

  • Mutta Gidiselu : 500 gms
  • Tamarind : Big lemon size
  • Jaggary : Lemon size
  • Red Chilly Powder : 1 Tab. Spoon
  • mustard seeds : 1 Tea Spoon
  • Garlic bulbs : 1/4 Cup
  • Turmeric powder : 1 Tea Spoon
  • Curry Leaves : 1/4 Cup
  • Onion pieces : 1 Cup
  • Refined oil : 300 ml
  • Salt : As required

Spicy paste Ingredients :-

  • Poppy Seeds : 1 Tab. Spoon
  • Cloves : 8 nos
  • Cardamom : 8 nos
  • Onion pieces : 1 Cup
  • Mustard Seeds : 1 Tab. Spoon
  • Dry Red Chillies : 4 nos
  • Cinnamon : 1 Tea Spoon

Instructions
 

  • Remove the scales and fins of the fishes. Make vertical slits on the ventral side just behind the head and remove the visceral parts of all fishes. Wash thoroughly with salt and water.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder. one tea spoon salt and one table spoon of oil. Mix well and leave to marinate.
