Paneer Kofta

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Paneer
  • 1 no Onion
  • 2 nos Tomato
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Amul cream
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing paneer kofta, knead paneer, salt and chilly powder.
  • Make paneer balls.
  • Grind onion, tomato, green chillies and ginger.
  • Heat oil, saute the ground paste. Add coriander, turmeric and little salt.
  • Add 1 cup water and boil. Add the paneer balls.
  • Add garam masala.
  • Serve with cream on top.
  • Paneer kofta is ready.
