Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 50 g Castor sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • For preparing raspberry puree, wash and drain the water out of the raspberries.
  • Blend raspberries, castor sugar and lemon juice till smooth.
  • Chill it in the freezer.
  • Raspberry puree is ready. Serve with vanilla ice-cream, sponge cake, etc.
