Raspberry Puree
Raspberries, castor sugar and lemon juice is blended to a smooth paste

- 200 g Raspberries
- 50 g Castor sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
For preparing raspberry puree, wash and drain the water out of the raspberries.
Blend raspberries, castor sugar and lemon juice till smooth.
Chill it in the freezer.
Raspberry puree is ready. Serve with vanilla ice-cream, sponge cake, etc.
