Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 3 nos Potato
  • 1 piece Ginger chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tsp Pomegranate powder Anardhana powder
  • Ghee Little
  • Cumin seeds A pinch, Jeerakam
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing easy aloo paratha, knead wheat flour, water & salt.
  • Make a dough like chappathi. Make balls out of it.
  • Cook the potato in cooker & mash it.
  • Add ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, anardhana powder & salt.
  • Saute jeera in oil. Add potato mixture to it. Mix well.
  • Roll thick chappathi from the dough and apply some ghee on top it.
  • Add 2 tbsp of potato mixture on top of the paratha and roll again.
  • Place another chappathi on top of this filling and press the sides.
  • Cook it in frying pan with ghee.
  • Easy aloo paratha is ready. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
