Potato is cooked and pureed with butter, etc

- 800 g Potatoes
- 80 g Butter
- Pepper powder As reqd
- Salt As reqd
For preparing potato puree, peel, slice and cook the potatoes with salt water.
Remove the potatoes and blend it with a little water.
Add in pepper, salt and butter. Blend again till smooth.
Potato puree is ready.
